Senior Lawyer (Of Counsel) in Data Protection and Business for Emerging Companies

With more than 11 years of experience as an International Corporate and Tax Lawyer, Rémi has broad experience in advising clients on the corporate and tax aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions and restructurings, including inbound/outbound investments across Asia, Europe and the Americas.       
Rémi’s portfolio of clients in Luxembourg and Israel included investment funds, private equity firms, real estate conglomerates, financial institutions, and multinational groups.
Rémi worked as Lawyer in Luxembourg for top-tier international law firms before joining EY Tel Aviv as a manager and mainly advised High-tech clients including notably startups specialized in Cybersecurity, Fintech, Industry 4.0, smart mobility, Agri-Food tech, and telecommunication.

Rémi holds a dual master’s degree in Business law and financial engineering from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (France), a Bachelor of Laws from the same university and a degree in American Comparative Law in partnership with Boston University School of Law.
Rémi is currently pursuing an LL.M. in North American Business law from University of Montréal, (Canada).

Since 2022, he is working as a Legal researcher at the Cyberjustice Laboratory and he is collaborating with Prudence AI as Senior Lawyer in data protection and business for the emerging tech companies. 
Rémi is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2023, the Luxembourg Bar since 2011 and of the Paris Bar since 2022.
Rémi speaks French, English, German, Hebrew and Luxembourgish.
